1. Assemble the Components:

• Place the bottom basin on a flat surface.
• Position the drain basket inside the bottom basin.
• Secure the cutting board on top of the drain basket.

2. Select the Blade:

• Choose the desired blade for your cutting needs (julienne thick, julienne thin, slices, or flower cuts).
• Insert the blade into the designated slot on the cutting board.

3. Prepare the Vegetables:

• Wash and peel your vegetables if necessary.
• Cut them into manageable sizes to fit on the cutting board.

4. Slice or Cut the Vegetables:

• Hold the vegetable firmly and slide it along the blade using the provided hand guard for safety.
• For julienne cuts, slide the vegetable in a straight motion.
• For slices, press down evenly.
• For flower cuts, align the vegetable with the flower blade and press firmly.

5. Collect and Drain:

• As you cut, the slices or pieces will fall into the drain basket.
• Once you have finished cutting, lift the drain basket to allow any excess water or juice to drain into the bottom basin.

6. Serve or Store:

• Transfer the cut vegetables from the drain basket to a serving bowl or storage container.
• Clean the cutter and slicer components immediately after use.
